Due to changes from the 2011 Legislative Session, the online licensing application will be unavailable for license renewals, post-examination licenses, and initial journey by master licenses until appropriate changes can be made. During the period that the online licensing application is unavailable, a paper application will need to be used and the paper application fee will be waived. The paper application can be downloaded from the our web site at www.idph.state.ia.us/PMSB or requested by calling our toll free number at 1-866-280-1521.
